Maleic anhydride for industrial use (CAS No.108-31-6)
1. Properties and uses
Maleic anhydride is an important organic chemical raw material used mainly for synthesizing unsaturated polyester resins, coatings, pharmaceutics, pesticides, lubricating oil additives, foodstuff additives etc.
At room temperature, it is a white flaky crystal with irritant odour and sour, inflammable and sublimating. It can be freely dissolved in water to form maleic acid. It has a specific density of 1.480, a melting point of 52.85 °C, and a boiling point of 202°C.

3. Packing and storage
25Kg net in plastic woven bag lined with PE bag. 22mt/20′FCL (with pallets) or 24mt/20′FCL (without pallets) and for 500kg, 20mt/20′FCL (2 bags per pallet).
Seal airtight and keep in a dry and cool condition and away from light.
